Parent Volunteers

At Seminole United, we believe in building not just great players—but a great community. Our Volunteer Program plays a vital role in making that happen.


To ensure every player has a positive, well-supported experience, we rely on families to contribute their time throughout the year. From tryouts to tournaments, your involvement helps us provide the best possible environment for all athletes.


The Volunteer Fee (Reimbursable)

All competitive registrations include a $200 Volunteer Fee. This fee is reimbursable for families who complete 10 volunteer hours over the course of the program year.


Once you’ve completed your hours, simply log them using the  Point App.  Once there, you will select "search for organizations to join" find "Seminole United" and click the button to join.


You’ll be eligible to receive either:

  • A refund to your account, or
  • A credit toward a future program.


This updated structure replaces our previous opt-out model. It was created to improve accountability and eliminate the need for the club to chase down unfulfilled commitments.


How you can help

Volunteering is easy and there are opportunities for every schedule and skill set. Examples include:


  • Tryouts
  • Assist with player check-in, field setup, or equipment coordination
  • Club-Hosted Tournaments
  • Help with parking, concessions, scorekeeping, or serve as a field marshall
  • Charity Club Golf Tournament
  • Support event setup, planning, or operations on the day of the event



What if we have multiple players?

Once your family has completed your obligation of 10 hours, you can submit a request and you will be credit or refunded $200 for each player you registered.
